CCNP TSHOOT: LAB Topology

The above diagram should be used for studying all TSHOOT concepts in the CCNP TSHOOT curriculum.

Graphical Network Simulator (GNS3 0.8.3) has been used to build this topology. All routers are Cisco 3660 series.
You can download this entire GNS3 CCNP TSHOOT lab (including the topology and initial configuration files for all routers) from HERE.

Other useful links to TSHOOT resources are:

TSHOOT exam demo, tutorial and official topology released by Cisco can be downloaded from:

https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-6738
https://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le10/tshoot_demo.html

Note 1: Do not forget to recalculate the IdlePC value for the routers once you start these labs in GNS3!

Note 2: Do not forget to edit the topology file (using a text editor) and modify the IOS path or other parameters according to your operating system and file locations!

Note 3: In the exam, you should use client`s CMD console and ipconfig /all to check whether it has an IP address configured/assigned or not!

Note 4: For video explanations of the TSHOOT tickets you can also check out GNS3 Talk`s channel on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/user/GNS3Talk?feature=watch) or website (http://www.gns3.net/video-tutorials/)

Note 5: All the enable passwords on the devices in this topology are "cisco"!

Note 6: Not all the CCNP TSHOOT topics in the exam can be simulated using GNS3, especially switching and security protocols.

Note 7: Many useful examples, exercises and almost real exam troubleshooting tickets can be found on the Internet.

Note 8: For any GNS3 errors when opening/using the topology please refer to http://forum.gns3.net/.
